Printful fulfillment takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies) and
2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs). Once the order is fulfilled, shipping label will be created and items will be sent out.97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Every shipped product will come with email/text tracking number depending on preferences chosen on checkout. If you have any questions or issues with delivery, please contact your local post office.
If you believe package was lost or stolen, please contact us via email to report the claim no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

Because all goods are print on demand, all sales are final. Although www.printful.com does not accept buyers remorse returns (items are handmade on-demand and not stored in warehouses), I try to accommodate every customer with highest possible care, so if there are any issues with the product whatsoever please use contact form and I will do my best to help resolve any issues.

Any items that are damaged and misprinted can be returned for refund or replacement. Please use contact form and please include photos of any damage / misprint.
